Caffe’ Rue provides great meals and the interaction with the staffs is also nice even if they are busy for making meals. The restaurant is clean and has its own style. You can get a relaxed and joyful mood during the meal time.

Cute coffee shop with an assortment of specialty coffee drinks, tea drinks, smoothies, alcohol, paninis, pasta, salad, and amazing looking baked goods! I got cappuccino with cinnamon on top and a caramel biscuit tea latte. To eat we got a pesto chicken salad and a smoked salmon panini that came with A little dish of plain homemade yogurt garnished with berry granola. Everything was delicious and we plan to go back. There were chocolate chip cookies, scones, banana bread, carrot cake, lava cake, and a lot of other absolutely delicious looking deserts available as well. There is more seating than appears to be available from the street and it's actually quite cozy. Menu has english and the cashier spoke English to me with no prompting, as I usually speak Chinese. Definitely recommend, our entire meal was only 370 NT!

Order: Prosciutto and Rocket Leaf Panini, Smoked Salmon Open Bread, Banana Cake, Latte, and Flat White Services: 4/5 Comments: The sandwich are all served hot, and they taste exactly like how they look, delicious and tasteful. The flavour are all on point. Banana bread is on the dry side, not a lot of aroma to it. Not a lot of seatings, but will definitely come back

Came at a time when every surrounding franchise coffee are all crowded. This cafe made delicious Brown sugar oatmilk latte. It’s deliciously sweet (not over sweet). It’s a small but has its charm particularly not crowded and can do a little work even though the setting is different from the franchised ones.

This is a small cafe near zhishan mrt station. It’s often full with people waiting, which can be frustrating. Once inside it’s comfortable but a little cramped. They often leave the door and windows open and I’ve found it to be a little cold on occasion. Despite that the food and coffee is good I do like the sourdough sandwiches made with fresh bread. The meals appear to be served with small bowls for fresh yogurt, which is a nice touch. They make most of their own cakes and scones, and they do a good job of those. We tried the mushroom soup and that was ok for me. Coffee is good (but I don’t have a refined palette for coffee tasting ). The menu is quite varied but I haven’t tried much beyond sandwiches. I think they may also have some beer behind the counter but haven’t done that for breakfast in a long time.

Near Sogo Zhishan station. Carrot cake was moist with good amount of nuts and cream cheese, it was a small serving though but priced at 80nt which was the cheapest so far in my hunt for carrot cakes. Really satisfied my craving. I ordered decaf salted caramel latte, it was OK for a latte, but im not tasting the salted caramel flavor here.
